3240, similar to EPGC201, is made of electrical glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin, formed by drying and hot pressing. This product has high mechanical and dielectric performance, good heat resistance and moisture resistance, stable dielectric performance after immersion in water, and good machinability. It is suitable for use as insulating structural components in motors and electrical equipment, and can be used in humid environments and transformer oil.

By optimizing resin formulations and improving hot-pressing parameters, we've now established stable mass-production capabilities for ultra-thin specifications including 0.15mm, 0.2mm, and 0.3mm. This product series currently offers customers more cost-effective solutions for premium insulation materials.
