Mechanical Properties and Machinability

Strength and Bonding Performance: Vertical layer bending strength ≥120 MPa, bonding strength ≥3200 N (board thickness ≥10mm), capable of withstanding high mechanical loads, suitable for precision machining.

Ease of Processing: Supports various machining methods such as sawing, drilling, milling, and planing. Cold punching (no preheating required) is possible for thicknesses ≤3mm, with no cracking or chipping post-processing, making it ideal for high-precision electronic fixture manufacturing.

Density: 1.30-1.40 g/cm³, lightweight (approximately half that of aluminum), suitable for weight reduction in aerospace and structural components.

Dimensional and Specification Diversity

Thickness range: 0.8~50mm, with standard sizes including 1020×2040mm, 1220×2470mm, and more, catering to customized needs across various applications.
