From February 4 to 6, 2026, Beijing Friend Group participated in the 30th Seoul International Electric Energy Exhibition (ELECS KOREA) in South Korea. Hosted by the Korea Electrical Manufacturers Association, this exhibition is the most professional event in South Korea's power and energy industry, bringing together international exhibitors and cutting-edge technologies. It has become a key gateway for companies to enter the energy markets of South Korea and the Asia-Pacific region. The exhibition featured a total of 217 participating companies, covering areas such as power transmission and distribution equipment, power generation equipment, renewable energy, energy efficiency, nuclear energy, artificial intelligence, and data center power supply. Among the South Korean exhibitors were KEPCO, Hyundai, Hyosung Heavy Industries, ILJIN, and KERI, while renowned Chinese companies such as Taikai, Rongxin, and TBEA also took part.
The South Korean government has introduced a 351 trillion KRW financial support initiative to promote the upgrading of the energy industry and equipment procurement, while accelerating the construction of major infrastructure projects such as the West Coast Energy Corridor. These measures are expected to directly translate into procurement demand for high-end equipment such as HVDC systems, microgrid systems, and virtual power plants, offering tangible order opportunities for participating companies.
As a key player in the insulation materials industry, Beijing Friend Group leveraged this exhibition to comprehensively demonstrate its core strengths and related products in the field. By actively connecting with global industry resources, the Group engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions with on-site professional buyers and partners, laying a solid foundation for further expanding into the Asia-Pacific market and deepening industry collaborations.
Participating in this exhibition represents a significant step for Friend Group in advancing its international development strategy. Moving forward, our Group will continue to focus on the power and energy sector, leveraging the resources and experience gained from the exhibition to further expand its global footprint and enhance its brand influence.
