F878 Synthetic Stone

F878 is a composite material which is made by glass fiber and high temperature resin. It is used for PCB board assembly, including SMT reflow and wave soldering. It has excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures, including the lead-free process. Low thermal conductivity, excellent machinability, and good resistance to chemicals in flux. It is anti-Static，the maxium continuous operating temperature can be reached to 260 °C.
