PFCC42 phenolic cotton cloth rod is made by impregnating cotton cloth with phenolic resin and then hot-pressed into a round cross-sectional phenolic cotton cloth rod. PFCC42 phenolic cotton cloth rod has very high mechanical properties. Various mechanical or electrical parts with high mechanical strength can be processed.

Q: Can it be used for long-term in a 150℃ environment?
A: PFCC42 has a temperature resistance rating of Class B (long-term use at 130℃). It can withstand 150℃ for short periods (≤2 hours), but prolonged exposure to high temperatures may reduce mechanical performance by approximately 10%. It is recommended to operate within the rated temperature range.
Q: What should be noted during machining?
A: Use carbide or high-speed steel cutting tools. It is advisable to wear a protective mask during machining to avoid inhaling fiber dust. After machining, the surface can be cleaned with alcohol-no special treatment is required.
Q: Are custom diameters and lengths supported?
