F623, similar to CLASS F IEC UPGM205, is made of non-alkali glass fiber impregnated with unsaturated resin polyester paste, and add high strength non-alkali glass fiber cloth and the corresponding additives, by hot pressing hard plate insulation material; Compared with GPO-3 in tensile strength, complete strength of the corresponding upgrade products. It has the same electrical, thermal and combustion properties as GPO-3 sheet. Higher mechanical properties than GPO-3 sheets (better tensile and bending strength at high temperatures).

Product Application

With high mechanical strength, heat resistance, electrical properties and good moisture resistance properties. F623 (CLASS F UPGM205) is suitable for using as insulating structural parts in high electric equipment, such as above 500 kv transformer, high voltage electric generators, motors, switch board, etc.Widely used in low-voltage electrical industry, such as the production of phase and terminal grids, insulating brackets, busbar brackets and mounting panels switchgear and other types of electrical equipment.
