F850, similar to IEC PFCC201, is made of cotton soaked with phenolic resin after drying and hot pressing. F850 has high mechanical properties, suitable for mechanical, motor, electrical equipment as insulation structural parts, and can be used in transformer oil. And it is also suitable for use as rubber gear bearing, guide wheel and other mechanical parts.
Product Application
F850 (PFCC201) can be used as winding spool, it has many advantages like:
1. Excellent Mechanical Strength & Wear Resistance
High Impact Resistance: The cotton fabric lamination structure provides superior toughness compared to standard phenolic resin boards, making it ideal for withstanding the tension of winding machines.
Wear Resistance: The smooth surface and moderate hardness reduce the risk of scratching copper wires/enameled wires during the winding process.
2. Superior Electrical Insulation Performance
High Insulation Resistance: Suitable for insulating bobbins in low and medium-voltage motors and transformers, preventing inter-turn short circuits.
Arc Resistance: Unlike pure plastic bobbins, phenolic cotton fabric boards are less prone to carbonization under high-voltage conditions.
